ROBOTIZED WAREHOUSE FOR STORAGE OF TWO TYPES OF PANS TYPE ROBO – SKLAD 1.050/2

The warehouse is designed for storage of two pans (frames), different in dimensions, each with three beds.

Moreover, it also performs the function of adding and removal (discharging) of pans from the line in specific production phases. It is composed of two conveyors installed on the frame one above another one. On the lower conveyor there are pans of type A, installed in two lines. In each line there are 33 stacks of 10 pans, i.e. altogether 660. On the upper conveyor there are pans of type B, installed in the same way. There are also 660 of these pans. At the start of production (on the line there are no pans), a robot hand simultaneously collects two pans of suitable type and puts them on the positioning conveyor. At the end of production the procedure is reverse. The robot collects the pans from the line and returns them back in the warehouse. During this procedure it puts them also in the cleaning device, where a strong air jet removes crumbs or seeds.

The warehouse, among other things, enables changeover of a pan, for example change of type A with type B at the change of recipe on the line. In this case the robot collects up one type of pans from the line and positions them in the pans' warehouse. When the warehouse controller receives the information that the production is finished, the phase when pans return in the warehouse follows. A robot hand collects each time two pans together from the positioning conveyor, cleans them and puts them on an adequate conveyor in the warehouse. When ten pans together are placed in two stacks, the conveyor moves for one step and frees the space for the next two stacks. This is repeated until all pans are stored in the warehouse.
